Meetings

The Parish Council meets on the first Monday of the month, generally at Church House, Alcester. Where the first Monday is a Bank Holiday, meetings are normally deferred to the second Monday of the month and may take place in a different venue. Please check the agendas and minutes page for the location of meetings.

Once a year, the Parish Council is statutorily required to convene a meeting of the Parish Assembly and also an Annual Parish meeting. These meetings take place on the same date in May. Members of the public are invited to raise issues and ask questions at the Parish Assembly meeting. Public Notices are placed on the Parish Council noticeboards to advertise the time, date and agenda for these meetings.

Agendas for all meetings are published on the Agendas page of this website and a copy of the agenda will also be placed on the Parish Council noticeboards. These are located near the mini roundabout on Kinwarton Road, at the entrance to St. Mary’s Park and on Seymour Road.

Meetings commence at 7.00pm and residents/members of the public are welcome to attend.

Please note that there is no meeting in August. Other meetings may be cancelled if there is insufficient business but this will be advertised on this website.
